Manufactured from tongue and groove 2"x 6" Lodgepole Pine.
Available with 29-gauge corrugated metal roofing, with your choice of
four colors, or 26-gauge metal roof resembling clay tile with your choice
of six colors.

Each floor is 540 sq ft, with enough room on the second level for four
bedrooms. A 6' x 19' deck area on both levels,
with railings for both, are included in the base package.
 

*Must be assembled on Concrete Base or Floor Kit or BOTH (recommended) 

Base Unit includes: Exterior Walls, Second Floor, 6' x 19' Porch on both floor
levels including railings.  Staircase and landing.
Vinyl window and Aluminum door kit including: Five 4' x 4' Sliding windows,
Three 3' x 3' sliding windows, One 3' x 4' sliding windows, Three full or half glass aluminum doors.
Base floor kit: Includes 2" x 8" floor joists and 5/8" plywood sub flooring.
5' x 8' Bathroom: Includes walls and solid lodgepole pine door.
